贾里（陈江南 饰）是一个非常平凡，又略带调皮的男孩。贾里有一个妹妹名叫贾梅（何倩 饰），贾梅参加了学校里的艺术团，想要在校庆上大放光彩，贾里决定帮助妹妹完成她的心愿，哪知道最后却帮了倒忙，使得贾梅出尽了洋相。 　　鲁智胜（王湉 饰）是贾里的死党，为了帮助他戒烟，贾里又想出歪招，虽然达到了最终的目的，但也把鲁智胜折腾的够强。查老师（李光复 饰）因为贾里给班上女生起外号而对他进行了严厉的批评，不服气的贾里决定偷走查老师的教案，想让他在公开课上出丑，哪知道查老师完美的完成了课堂，这一壮举征服了贾里，让他对查老师言听计从。实际上，贾里内心里也有一个梦想，那就是竞选学校里的最佳男生。

初二（1）班打破原来老师指定的传统，决定民选班长，消息一公布，张潇洒与鲁智胜积极响应，都感觉自己十拿九稳。贾里（王成阳 饰）的死党们窜掇贾里也参加竞选，底气不足的贾里硬着头皮上了，结果还不错，弄了个副班长，班长由鲁智胜担仼。初二（2）班因竞争等原因与（1）班素来不合，同学们准备用球赛化解恩怨，在妹妹贾梅的生日派对上，贾里无意中向她透露本班球赛技战术要点，招致比赛失败，结果贾里成了众矢之的。贾里埋怨贾梅口无遮拦，同时对转校生庄静也有了成见。老师和家长发现了孩子们的问题，着手教育和疏导，很快，孩子又恢复了昔日的快乐与和谐......
